About Jute
Jute is an extremely versatile natural fibre grown in select parts of South-East Asian countries and is commonly known as the “Golden Fibre” because of the natural color of the processed fibre(although mainly Golden-Brown, it varies from White to Silver-Grey).
Most of the world's jute is cultivated in the delta formed by the rivers Ganga & Brahmaputra, covering up areas over the Eastern region of India and almost the whole of Bangladesh.
